2. ORDERS & RETURNS
Can I change or cancel my order? We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery! If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us at support@mealva.com within 12 hours of placing it. Once the order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to modify it.
What is your return policy? We want you to love your Yerebags experience. We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your item is delivered. If you are not completely satisfied, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Please contact our support team to initiate a return.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect? We apologize for any inconvenience! Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Include a photo of the issue in your email, and we will make it right by sending a replacement.

How do I clean my Mealva lunchbox/tote bag? For most of our bags, we recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth and mild soap. For insulated lunch bags, simply wipe the interior lining with a wet sponge and let it air dry completely. Please avoid putting our bags in the washing machine or dryer to preserve their shape and material integrity.
